Launched in 2009, the S1000RR, like so many of BMW's endeavors, went straight to the top of the two-wheel food chain, the epitome of design, technology and sheer performance.
It holds the record for fastest Isle of Man lap - although we guess Michael Dunlop probably deserves some recognition as well. That achievement alone is reason enough for our unconditional love. I mean being the fastest at the Tourist Trophy really puts the super in superbike.
Custom made for the BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team as official team wear, these socks are widely believed to shave a few tenths in every lap time.
